Counsel for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) states that, all the dues in compliance of the order dated 18th April 2023, in W.P. (C) 4449/2023 have been paid on 14th May, 2024.

A communication in this regard along with necessary documents shall be sent to counsel for petitioner within a period of three weeks. An affidavit of compliance shall be filed on the record of this Court. 3.

Based on submission made by the counsel for petitioner, this petition is disposed of.

Liberty has been given to the petitioner to revive the petition, in case, there is any residual issue regarding the compliance of the order of this Court.
