CRL.M.C. 3865/2024 Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for setting aside order dated 27.03.2024 passed by learned ASJ, whereby, the application seeking modification of order dated 16.01.2023 passed in bail application was dismissed.
Issue notice. Learned APP for the State appears on advance notice and accepts notice.

bail has already been availed after depositing the amount of Rs. 64,50,000/- with learned Trial Court, he may be permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount against the deposit of title deed of property, either in the name of petitioner or his immediate family member.
On query, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no such application was preferred before the learned Trial Court and he may be permitted to move an application in the first instance before the learned Trial Court.
Taking the statement of learned counsel for the petitioners, petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move an application before the learned Trial Court and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petition.
