Learned counsel for respondents, on instructions, submits that outstanding amount of Rs. 7,95,000/- shall be cleared positively on or before 31.01.2025.

Respondent No. 2 and respondent No.3 have also joined the proceedings through video conferencing and reiterate the above and undertake that the balance payment of Rs. 7,95,000/- shall be cleared on or before 31.01.2025.

Such statements are taken on record.

no longer interested in pursuing with the present petition. She, however, submits that, in case, despite the expiry of the aforesaid period as undertaken above, the respondents do not clear the payment, she may be permitted to revive the present petition.

It is made clear that, in case, there is any further violation or breach of the aforesaid undertaking, it will be taken as a case of 'aggravated contempt'. 6.

The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
