The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Sections 2(8), 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "a) initiate proceedings for contempt against the Respondent / Contemnor and prosecute them in accordance with law for violation/ disobedience of their oral undertaking and breach of assurance given to this Hon'ble Court and subsequent violation/ disobedience of the Judgment dated 24.05.2023 passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP(C) No. 1412/2023, titled as "M/s ANE-NIPL JV Vs GNCTD & ANR." and/or b) Pass any other/ further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem just fit and proper, in the facts and circumstances of the case, in favour of the Petitioner."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the judgment dated 24.05.2023 passed in W.P.(C) 1412/2023 has been set aside by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 20.01.2025 in SLP (C) No. 17659/2023. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as the same has become infructuous. 5.
