The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 57/2023 of PS Timarpur for offence under Section 376/506/509 IPC, 67 IT ACT & 04 POCSO Act. Para 7 of the order dated 23.12.2024 passed by the learned Court of Sessions recording the serious allegations and material and record against the accused/applicant is brought to the notice of learned counsel. Learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file fresh application after change of circumstances.
