The present application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 839/2024, under Sections 109(1)/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at P.S. Bhalswa Dairy. 4.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application.
