The present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (corresponding to Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19732) seeks regular bail in FIR No. 347/2023 under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 18603, registered at P.S. Alipur, Delhi.

After making some submissions, counsel for the Petitioner states that she would like to withdraw the present petition. However, she points out that so far only 5 out of 22 prosecution witnesses have been examined before the Trial Court. As such, she requests that appropriate directions be given to the Trial Court, to expedite the trial so that the material witnesses are examined soon.

Considering the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
The Trial Court is requested to expedite the proceedings and conclude the recording of statements of the material witnesses as expeditiously as possible.

It is directed that once the material witnesses are examined, the Petitioner shall be at liberty to apply afresh for regular bail, before the Trial Court, in case there are any material change in circumstances that are brought forth during the trial. If such an application is filed, it shall be considered on its own merits, by the Trial Court, in accordance with law. 6.
It is made clear that the Court has not examined the merits of the case and no opinion thereon has been expressed.

With the above directions, the present petition is disposed of, along with pending application(s).
