% 14.05.2024 Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for disposal of Crl. CC. No. 4988/1/10 (old) / Crl. CC. No. 534969/2016 (new) pending before learned Trial Court within a period of six months. Issue notice. Learned APP for the State appears on advance notice and accepts notice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the process of law has been abused, as complaint case along with application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. filed by respondent No.2 maliciously, is pending at the stage of complainant's evidence for over a period of about 14 years. Considering the totality of facts and circumstances, learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the Complainant Evidence in a time bound manner, preferably within a period of six months from passing of this order and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
