The medical status report of the petitioner has been received, which reveals that the medical treatment is being given to the present applicant and he is also being given treatment from DDU Hospital. It is informed that the medical condition of the applicant is stable. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant, at this stage, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present application, with liberty to file a fresh application, in case the need so arises. 3.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdraw with liberty as prayed for.

In the meantime, the Medical Officer, Central Jail as well as the Jail Superintendent are directed to ensure that the proper medical treatment is provided to the applicant.
