The present petition under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, read with Section 115 of the CPC, seeks the following prayers: "a. set aside the impugned Judgment & order dated 30.09.2021 passed in ARC No. 92 OF 2018 by the Ld. Trial Court; b. pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the latter would vacate the subject premise today itself, and seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present petition.
