The present petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('CrPC'), essentially being aggrieved to the extent that the Police is not investigating the case in relation to FIR No. 744/2023, dated 29.12.2023 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, effectively.

Concededly, the petitioner has a remedy of approaching the concerned Trial Court by filing an appropriate application under Section 156 of the CrPC.

In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition.

The petition is, therefore, dismissed with liberty to approach the concerned Trial Court by filing an appropriate application, in accordance with law.
