1. The prayer in the pressing petition reads as under : „A. Issue Rule Nisi, calling upon the parties as to why the reliefs prayed for in the present Writ Petition may not be allowed; And/or B. Call upon the parties to produce the entire records of the impugned acquisition proceedings; and/or
C. Issue Appropriate Writ quashing the awards No.l2/200809/SW dated 11.02.2009 passed by Land Acquisition Collector, District South West, New Delhi; and/or D. Issue Appropriate Writ quashing the Notification dated 29.11.2018 passed under section 3 A (1) of the National Highways Act, 1956.And/ or E. Issue Appropriate Writ quashing Public Notice dated 25.06.2019 passed by Additional District Magistrate/ Land Acquisition Collector, District South West, New Delhi; and /or F. Pass such other order/orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the interest of Justice.‟
2. The land comprising the subject matter of the present petition located in village Masudabad, New Delhi was also the subject matter of Writ Petition (Civil) No. 4697/2014 (Sonu v. GNCTD & Ors.), which by a detailed order has been dismissed today by this Court.
3. The issue raised in the present petition arising from a Notification dated 29th November, 2018 issued under Section 3 (A) (1) by the National Highways Act, 1956 (the „NHA‟) in respect of the lands in question has also been dealt with by the said order. Therefore, for the reasons already mentioned in the above order, this petition is dismissed. The pending applications are disposed of.
