the service/installation charges for the same. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 2 to 4, on instructions, states that the answering respondents have no objection to the aforesaid prayer of the petitioners, subject to handing over of the earlier AC to the respondents and bearing of the cost/installation charges by the petitioners. 3.
In view of the above, the petitioners shall be at liberty to install a new window AC at their cost, after handing over the earlier AC to the respondents.
Insofar as cable TV connection is concerned, though the impugned order records that the earlier cable TV connection was disabled for the reason of non-payment of bill, the petitioners shall be at liberty to either seek renewal of the same or get a fresh cable TV connection. 4.
Needless to state that passing of the aforesaid order would not create any equity in favour of either of the party.
5.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
