The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "i.

Summon and examine the trial court records of Complaint Case No. 28762 Of 2019, titled as "Small Farmer Agri Business Consortium Versus Irfan Ahmed Wani" from the court of Sh. Vartin Chandra, LD. M.M.-04/(NI Act) South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi;

ii. Set aside/quash the order dated 05.04.2024 passed in complaint case no. 28762 of 2019 by Sh. Varun Chandra, LD. M.M.-04/(NI Act) South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi rejecting the application of the petitioners for compounding and proceeding with the trial; iii.

Direct the Petitioner /accused to pay the cheque amount and additional amount by way of compensation as accessed by this Hon‟ble Court, in instalments, or otherwise court as this Hon‟ble may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the matter and quashing The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
