The present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C has been filed seeking the following prayers: - "(i) quash/set aside the impugned order dated 07.10.2022 passed by Shri Rohit Kumar, MM (NI Act) Digital Court02 (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi in the said CC NI Act 5029/2022 titled as Arun Malhotra Vs. Girijesh Ojha & Anr. and dismiss the said complaint CC NI Act 5029/2022 titled as Arun Malhotra Vs. Girijesh Ojha & Anr (ii) summon the entire record of the CC NI Act 5029/2022 titled as Arun Malhotra V s. Girijesh Ojha & anr from the Court of Shri Rohit Kumar, MM (NI Act) Digital Court-02 (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi.

(iii) pass any other or further orders or directions as are deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances and to meet the ends of justice;"
