By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 03.05.2024 passed by learned ASJ (POCSO), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi whereby NBWs have been issued against the petitioner in the proceedings arising out of FIR No.594/2023 registered under Sections 323/354/509/34 IPC & Sections 8/10/12 POCSO Act & Sections 75 J.J Act at P.S. Jyoti Nagar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order was the first order passed by the Court after filing of the chargesheet. He submits that next date before the trial court is 28.05.2024 and that the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. petitioner undertakes to appear on the said date. He prays that the NBWs be set aside. The undertaking given on behalf of the petitioner is accepted, taken on record and he is made bound by the same. 3.

Subject to the petitioner appearing before the trial court on 28.05.2024, the NBWs issued against the petitioner are set aside. 4.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of alongwith the pending application.
