1. The petitioner is aggrieved by his transfer by movement order dated 28th June, 2019 in terms of which he has to report to the Commandant, 53 Battalion, CRPF in Jammu and Kashmir.
2. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, the Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner makes a grievance that the Petitioner was not paid salary since the impugned order was passed.
4. It is made clear that once the Petitioner reports for duty, all his dues will be paid to him in accordance with law.
5. The petition is dismissed with the above observations. The interim order dated 5th July 2019 is vacated. The application is dismissed. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
