First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as 'B.N.S.S.'), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Ruksana Khatoon, for grant of Regular Bail in FIR No. 204/2025 dated 21.04.2025 under Section 110/127(3)(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 75 of J.J. Act, registered at Police Station Sangam Vihar.
