This is an application for the grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR no. 193/2025 under Sections 436/457/380/34 IPC, registered at PS Narela Industrial Area.

Learned APP under instructions from the Investigating Officer states that petitioner has already joined the investigation and duly cooperated and is not required for any custodial interrogation. He states that investigation is complete and chargesheet is being filed without arrest against the present petitioner.

Since the investigation is complete and chargesheet is being filed against the petitioner without arrest, there is no imminent threat of the arrest of the petitioner and that being so the application for the grant of anticipatory bail is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed.
