Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have settled the dispute in mediation proceedings before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre ('Mediation Centre').

The Settlement Agreement dated 13th December, 2024 (hereinafter "Settlement Agreement"), which bears the signatures of the authorised representatives of the plaintiffs and the defendants as well as their respective counsel, has been placed on record.

I have perused the terms of the Settlement Agreement and do not find anything unlawful therein.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 5.
Accordingly, a decree of permanent injunction is passed in favour of the plaintiffs and against the defendants in terms of prayer clauses 100 (a) and 100 (b) of the plaint. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree. 6.
In terms of clause 1.8 of the Settlement Agreement, the sum of ₹ 2,00,000/- towards compensation and full and final settlement of the suit has already been paid by the defendant no.1 in favour of the plaintiffs. 7.
In view of the above, the plaintiffs do not press for the remaining reliefs sought in prayer clauses 100 (c), 100 (d), 100 (e) and 100 (h). 8.
Let the decree sheet be drawn up.

In view of the fact that the matter has been settled in the mediation proceedings, the Registry is directed to issue a certificate of refund of entire Court Fees in favour of the plaintiffs' counsel, ZEUS IP Advocate LLP, B-1, Sector-2, NOIDA, U.P. - 201301, in terms of Section 16 of the Court Fees Act, 1870 read with Section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 10.
