% 23.03.2017 Crl.M.A.No.4964/2017 in CRL.M.C. 362/2017 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioners for withdrawal of the present petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners want to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioners, the prayer is allowed and the petition and Crl.M.A.No.1614/2017 are dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. The date already fixed in the matter as 17th August, 2017 stands cancelled. Application stands disposed of.
