O R D E R

% 13.08.2019 On the last date of hearing, this Court had passed the following order:- "The challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated April 16, 2019 passed by the Central Information Commission. The only submission made by Mr. Rajesh Kumar Gautam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is the direction by the CIC against point no.7 to severe the names and particulars of the officers, should be made applicable to the information to be supplied to point nos. 1 and 2.

Issue dasti notice for service on the respondents returnable on August 13, 2019."

Mr. Gautam has reiterated his submission that in terms of the

direction of the CIC, para 7 of which reads as under, the petitioner be given liberty to give the information after severing names and other particulars of the officers to point Nos. 1, 2 and 7.

"7. The Commission, after hearing the submissions of both the parties and perusing the records, observes that though a point wise reply was provided to the appellant vide letter dated 16.12.2017 the information sought for vide point nos. 1, 2 and 7 of the RTI application has been wrongly denied by the respondent. The Commission, therefore, grants one more opportunity to the respondent to comply with the directions issued by the Commission vide order dated 21.11.2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under intimation to the Commission."

The respondent No.1 Mr. Shashi Kant Sharma, who appears in person, is agreeable to the said submission made by Mr. Gautam. If that be so, information with regard to point Nos.1, 2 and 7 shall be given to Mr. Sharma after severing the names and other particulars of the officers within two weeks from today. The aforesaid shall satisfy the writ petition and the same is disposed of.

CM No. 29968/2019 (for stay) Dismissed as infructuous.
