Learned counsel for respondent appears on advance notice. 2.
This court has seen order dated 29.04.2025.

The petitioner apprehends that since appeal and his interim application is now listed on 23.05.2025 and there is no stay in the matter, the demolition may take place.

However, the impugned order, categorically, records the submission of MCD and learned counsel for MCD had submitted that the interim application be decided after hearing both the parties. 5.
It implies that, in the interregnum, there would not be any coercive action from the side of MCD.

Mr. Sunil Goel, Standing Counsel for MCD, on having received instructions from Mr. Sanjeev Kaushik, Assistant Engineer, Shahdara (North), submits that in order to repel any apprehension in the mind of petitioner herein, no action would be taken till the next date of hearing i.e. 23.05.2025.
