Petitioner is defending a suit seeking recovery. 2.
During pendency of suit, an application was moved by the plaintiff (respondent herein) seeking attachment before judgment and while considering the abovesaid application, the learned Trial Court has directed the defendant to give security for the amount claimed in the suit. 3.
Such order dated 26.03.2025 is under challenge. 4.
Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court, opposite party also appeared before this Court and with the consent of both the sides, matter was referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 5.
As per report received from Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, matter has been amicably settled between the parties on 30.06.2025. in pursuing with the present petition and seeks withdrawal of his present petition.

It is also informed that both the sides would appear before the learned Trial Court on 10.09.2025 and would request the learned Trial Court to dispose of the suit in terms of the aforesaid settlement agreement. 7.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed in terms of the aforesaid settlement agreement. 8.
Let the settlement agreement be placed before the learned Trial Court so that learned Trial Court is also in a position to dispose of the suit in terms of the aforesaid settlement.

Parties would also be at liberty to move appropriate application seeking preponement in the next date before the learned Trial Court. 10.
Pending applications are also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid.
