% 07.01.2016 The plaintiff filed the suit for declaration and permanent injunction.

The valuation of the suit is Rs.20,05,130/-.

The suit property is at Chandni Chowk, Delhi. In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the suit is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge Tis Hazari (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 22nd March, 2016. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submits that defendant No.7 is the trustee of the plaintiffs, therefore, the presence of defendant No.7 is not necessary.
