The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Section 2(b) and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "a. Issue notice to the Contemnors calling upon them to show cause as to why they should not be tried for contempt of court and punish the Contemnors after following the procedure established by law; b. Initiate Contempt proceedings against the Contemnors to ensure compliance of the order dated 21.01.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P .(C) 622/ 2025 titled "Lala Ramroop Jagannath Charitable Trust Vs. Municipal Corporation of Delhi &Anr." c. Pass any other order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the light of the present facts and circumstances." 3.

the demolition of the subject property. The photographs placed on record reflect that the property has been demolished. 4.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that after the demolition the debris lying has not been cleared by the MCD. 5.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the MCD submits that the same shall be done within a period of 2 weeks.
