This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present contempt petition has been filed under Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeking the following prayers:- "(A) Summon, try and punish the respondent/ contemnor under section11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for the wilful disobedience of the directions/ judgement dt. 10.02.2025 in W.P. (C) No. 1463 of 2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court; (B) Pass such other and further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."

Mr. Parveen Banjare, Depot Manager, Peera Garhi is present in Court today.

Compliance affidavit dated 26.08.2025 has been placed on record. Copy of the same has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner, wherein in paragraph 5, it is stated as under:- "5. That in compliance with judgement dated 10.02.2025 in WPC No. 1463 of 2019 and order dated 23.07.2025 in CP No. 736 of 2025, alter adjusting the amount payable by the petitioner to DTC, against the amount payable by DTC to the petitioner,the Pension for the period July 2015 to May 2025 i.e. amount Rs. 23,67,066/- in respect of Sh. Jagdish Chander, Ex-V/Exam, T. No. 11760 has been credited to his A/C No. 92572030000440 on 13.08.2025. Copy of the letter dated 20.08.2025 along with statement is attached here as Annexure R1. It is further submitted that pension arrear for June 2025 & July 2025 will be credited to the account of Petitioner along with pension for the month or August 2025 in September 2025."

In addition to the compliance affidavit, learned counsel for the respondent has handed up in Court today calculations on the basis of which the aforesaid payment has been made and the same is taken on record. Copy of the same has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. 6.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition. 7.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed and disposed of.
