O R D E R

% 17.10.2019 Mr. Vohra, on instructions, states that the undertaking by way of an affidavit in compliance of the directions issued by this Court on 06.09.2019 was filed in the Registry on 14.10.2019 vide filing No. 1186079/2019 with a copy to Mr. Bhatia. He has tendered in Court another attested copy of the same which is taken on record. He should ensure to bring the same on record in any case.

Mr. Bhatia, on instructions, states that the undertaking filed on affidavit by the petitioner is satisfactory.

In view of the undertaking now filed by the petitioner, we direct the respondent to restore the immunity granted to the petitioner in terms of our earlier order dated 06.09.2019. Consequently, the prosecution proceedings shall not continue except in accordance with our aforesaid order. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
