O R D E R

The present bail application has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 291/2019 under Section 408 IPC registered at Police Station Welcome, Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He submits that on the day of the incident, it was a bank holiday and there was no question of petitioner depositing the impugned amount in the bank. He further submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that the petitioner last joined the investigation on 9.11.2019.

In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-with one surety in the like amount to BAIL APPLN. 1633/2019

the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station and also subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall join investigation as and when he is asked to do so.

(ii) The petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promises to the complainant or any witness during the trial or tamper with the evidence. (iii) The petitioner shall provide the I.O./SHO Police Station Welcome, Delhi with his mobile number and in the event of change of his residential address, shall inform the same to the I.O./SHO as well as to the concerned Court. (iv) The petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the National Capital Territory of Delhi without prior permission of the of concerned Court.

The bail application is disposed of in the above terms. 6.

Copy of the order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
