% 07.04.2016 By this writ petition, petitioner has prayed that the respondents be directed to stop the further illegal construction in the property bearing no.1439, Gali Madarsa Inayatulla, Gali Qasim Jan, Ballimaran, Delhi and thereafter demolish the illegal construction. Status report has been filed by the respondent no.1 stating therein that site was inspected on 29th March, 2016 when it was revealed that unauthorized construction has been raised in the form of first floor and second floor, without a sanctioned plan, accordingly, property has been booked vide U/c file No.84/86/B/UC/CZ/2016 dated 29th March, 2016 under Section 343 & 344 of the DMC Act, 1957. Show cause notice has also been

issued to the owner/builder on 29th March, 2016. It has also been stated in the status report that further actions will be taken after following due process of law. Let further action including the passing of demolition order, if any, and consequent demolition be taken, in accordance with law within six weeks and compliance report be filed thereafter. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
