It is stated that arguments have concluded and the award has been reserved by the Sole Arbitrator.

Ms. Dang, learned counsel appears for the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed.

I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been given. 5.
The mandate of the arbitral tribunal is extended by three months from today.

The time from 27.01.2024 till today stands regularized. 7.
The petition is disposed of.
