CRL.M.A. 14868/2025 (for clarification of order dt. 10.09.2024 by respondent) 1.

By way of present application, the applicant/respondent seeks clarification of the order dated 10.09.2024 vide which the instant petition was disposed of with the direction that 10% of the cheque amount be deposited by the petitioner under Section 143A NI Act. The amount as directed has statedly been deposited by the petitioner. 2.

In view of the above, the application is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall be at liberty to release the said amount considering the merits of the case.

In the meantime, the petitioner is directed to ensure that the DD is revalidated in time.
