This is Defendant's first appeal against money decree passed by the learned Court of first instance.

During the pendency of the appeal, with the intervention of the learned Mediator, settlement has been arrived at between the parties, which has been placed on record.

Learned counsel representing the parties pray for disposal of the appeal in terms of the settlement.

Learned counsel representing the Respondent (Mars Distributions) submits that as per the settlement, certain amounts are payable in future.

Keeping in view the aforesaid position, the present appeal along with the pending application is disposed of in terms of the settlement, which shall form part of the decree.
