The present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Old Section 482 of the CrPC) seeks following prayers:- "a) Quash the FIR no. 10 dated 11/1/20 12 registered in case namely State Vs Praveen Jain and Others u/s 420/406/467/468/486 read with 120-B of IPC and u/s 63/65 of the Copyrights Act and u/s I03 and I04 of the Trademarks Act, 1999 at Police Station, Keshavpuram, District, NW, Pending before the Hon'bIe Ld. Trial Court of CMM - Rohini Courts, Delhi, and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, may kindly be quashed; in the interest of Justice. b) Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems just and proper may kindly be passed in favour of the Petitioners against the Respondent in the interest of Justice."
