By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 07.04.2025, whereby the learned Magistrate's Court permitted the reexamination of a witness [PW-9]. 2.

Mr. Raghav Parwatiyar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

The petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
