The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, being aggrieved by the manner in which the learned ADJ is proceeding with the petitioner's suit being Suit No. 229/2016 captioned Unique Infoways v. Syndicate Bank.

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies against the orders passed by the learned ADJ. 3.

The petition and pending applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
