This application has been filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 791/2021 registered at Police Station Kotwali under Sections 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties, that is, the petitioner and the complainant, has already been settled.

The above assertion is verified by the IO.

The petitioner was released on interim bail vide order dated 18.07.2023 of this Court.

In view of the above, the petitioner is granted regular bail on the same terms and conditions as were stipulated by this Court in its order dated 18.07.2023.

The application is disposed of.
