Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that parties have settled their dispute inter se before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre and a settlement agreement dated 28.05.2024 has been executed by the parties. He seeks and is granted liberty to withdraw the present Appeal. 2.

Parties are directed to abide by the terms as contended in the settlement agreement.

Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
