Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to raise all the contentions, including the contentions raised in the present Petition, at an appropriate stage. 3.

Leave and liberty, as prayed for, is granted. 4.

The Petition is disposed of as withdrawn, along with the pending applications, if any.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case and all the rights and contentions of both the parties are left open.
