% 06.01.2016 Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that suit is valued at `36 lacs for the purposes of court fee and jurisdiction, hence, the same be transferred to the subordinate court of competent jurisdiction in view of the notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015.

It is further submitted that suit be transferred to the District Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi. Ordered accordingly. Parties shall appear before the District Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts Complex, Delhi on 3rd February, 2016. Registry to transmit the file to the transferee court forthwith.
