The instant joint application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been filed on behalf of both the parties seeking disposal of the writ petition in terms of the settlement agreement entered between the parties.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties submitted that the dispute between the parties stands settled with the intervention of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide settlement agreement dated 9th January, 2024 and the same is on record. 3.
This Court has perused the Settlement Agreement dated 9th January, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 16/12/2024 at 16:45:16
2024 and found nothing unlawful therein.

In view of the above facts and circumstances and for the sufficient cause being shown in the application, the dispute in the instant petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the parties are directed to abide by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 5.
The application stands disposed of.
W.P.(C) 7171/2019 In view of the order passed of the even date in CM APPL. 8416/2024, the instant petition stands disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 9th January, 2024 as nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter.
