By way of present application, the applicant/plaintiff seeks transfer of the present Suit to the District Courts since the valuation of the Suit for the purpose of relief is Rs. 25,88,732/- along with interest @ 18% per annum. 2.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that he has no objection if the present application is allowed.

Considering that the pecuniary jurisdiction of the present Suit is only Rs.

25,88,732/- and, therefore, in view of the Notification No.

27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24th November, 2015, the present Suit is transferred to the District and Sessions Judge, Tis Hazari (West) Courts who shall mark the present Suit to the Court of competent jurisdiction.
