Issue notice. Counsel mentioned in the appearance above accept notice. Considering the nature of reliefs sought in the present application, no reply is deemed necessary.

On 20th May, 2024, this Court permitted the Petitioners to travel abroad subject to certain conditions, which included, inter alia, depositing the original title deeds of the property being 'Shop LG-04, Ground Floor, Centre Stage Mall, Noida'. In compliance with this direction, the Petitioners duly deposited the said title deeds with this Court, as noted in order dated 21st May, 2024.

Subsequently, the writ petition was allowed through order dated 12th July, 2024, whereby this Court quashed the impugned Look Out Circular The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. (LOC) issued at the instance of Respondent No. 2/ Union Bank of India. In such circumstances, the Petitioners have filed the instant application seeking release of the aforenoted title deeds, which are still lying in the custody of this Court. Further, reliance is placed on a letter dated 20th August, 2024, copy whereof has been annexed to the application, whereby Mr. Dubhanjan Singh, the owner of the property in question, has authorised his son-in-law, Petitioner No. 2, to collect the said title deeds on his behalf. 4.

In light of the above, considering the fact that the impugned LOC issued by Union Bank of India has been quashed, the Court sees no impediment in allowing the request made in the application. Accordingly, the Registry is directed to release the original title deeds of property bearing No. Shop LG-04, Ground Floor, Centre Stage Mall, Noida, in favour of Petitioner No. 2.
