The instant petition has been filed by the Petitioner for issuance of a direction to the CIC to grant early hearing to the Petitioner in a Second Appeal bearing file no. CIC/DIREN/A/2024/105893 pending before the CIC.

Material on record indicates that the Second Appeal was filed on 07.02.2024. It is stated that the Petitioner has also filed an application for expeditious disposal of the Second Appeal on 23.04.2024. 3.
