Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that in view of the fact that the defendant nos. 1 and 2 are undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process ("CIRP"), she has instructions to withdraw the present suit. She, however, seeks liberty that in case claims of the plaintiff still survive, the plaintiff may revive the present suit.

Accordingly, the present suit is dismissed as withdrawn, along with the aforesaid liberty.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
