By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 25.05.2023 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi in Ex. No.289/2022. 2.

The only ground to assail the impugned order is that the petitioner seeks adjustment of the amount paid by him towards electricity dues against the interim maintenance as directed to be paid to respondent No.2. It is noted that the order granting interim maintenance is not under challenge. 3.

Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court concerned at the first instance under Section 127 Cr.P.C. The petition is disposed of in above terms.
