O R D E R

% 08.03.2016 The Court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate vide order dated 19th January, 2016, issued directions to collect the clothes belonging to the petitioner lying in matrimonial house and providing for alternate accommodation for the petitioner as per suitability. The present revision petition has been filed by the petitioner for revising the order dated 23rd January, 2016 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Rohini Courts as well as issuance of direction to respondent nos.2 to 5, to comply with the order dated 19th January, 2016 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Rohini Courts.

During the course of arguments, it has been revealed that by passing the impugned order dated 19th January, 2016, the Court also gave liberty to the petitioner which is as under:-

"Counsel for the petitioner submits that she will move formal petition of the DV matter within a week. Counsel for the respondent submits that he will file reply on receiving the formal application."

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of the same, the application for domestic violence has been filed in which notice has been issued for 3rd May, 2016 and the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner is without any protection till then.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. In the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the considered opinion that the ends of justice would be secured if the date of 3rd May, 2016 is preponed to 10th March, 2016. It is ordered accordingly.

The parties shall appear before the Court below on 10th March, 2016.

Consequently, the present revision petition is disposed of with the above directions.
