Exemptions are allowed, subject to all just exceptions. 2.

The applications stand disposed of.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:

"a) Direct the respondent to Release the goods i.e. 1 White bora of Kids Wear in accordance with law.

b) Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Pass such other or further orders, as their Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states that she has no objection, to the seized goods being released to the petitioner. She states that if the petitioner approaches the concerned official and pays the requisite storage charges, the goods shall be released to the petitioner. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would have no objection paying the relevant charges as per Section 6.8.3 in Chapter 6 of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Scheme, 2019 (hereafter 2019 Scheme).

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to release the goods of petitioner on payment of the charges as specified above in terms of the 2019 Scheme within a period of one week. 7.
