The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 CrPC for quashing of FIR No.1081/2015, under Sections 308/323/341/34 IPC, PS Mukherjee Nagar, Delhi and proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

On behalf of the petitioners it is submitted that it is a case of simple injury as per the MLC and he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach before this Court after the charges are framed in this matter.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
