Exemptions are allowed, subject to all just exceptions. 2.

The applications stand disposed of.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:

"a) Direct the Respondent No. I To Decide the Petitioner's Representation Dated 03/03/2021 in a time framed manner by way of Speaking Order in Accordance with Law. b) Issue a Writ, Order or Direction or Pass such other or further orders, as this Hon 'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Ms. Ohri, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent stated that the respondent has no objection to the said prayer. of and the same is required to be verified.

In view of the above we had passed over the matter to enable Ms. Ohri to seek instructions.

The learned counsel for the petitioner had also undertaken to provide a copy of the orders passed in the earlier petition. 7.

None appears for respondent on the second call. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has brought a copy of the orders passed in the earlier petition i.e. W.P.(C) 10825/2021 captioned as Daphli Bawaria vs New Delhi Municipal Council and Ors which was withdrawn on 10.04.2024, with liberty to approach the Town Vending Committee. 8.

As noted at the outset, the prayers made by the petitioner, seek disposal of his representation. This Court has in several cases allowed such similar prayers.

In view of the above, and given the submissions of learned Additional Standing Counsel, we allow the prayer as sought for by the petitioner. 10.

Respondent no.1 is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass a speaking order within a period of eight weeks from today. 11.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
